Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

n the last few days I've been exploring some limited color palettes, and this one really surprised me!
The colors I painted with were cool orange, warm and cool red, bluey-green, black and white. I was surprised by the interesting sea-green that came about when I mixed the orange with blue. And then surprised again by how much I enjoy the contrast between that green and the bright fuchsia sand. What fun those doggies must be having as they romp and roll all over their wild-multicolored beach!
I sure had fun watching this painting roll out, all bright and glowy!
About a year ago now, something wonderful happened. I'd been going through an increasingly challenging time with my health, which has been a major teacher in my life, and was being brought to my knees by the experience. When my dear friend and partner Fred encouraged me to take up art, I was touched by an excitement that was like a thousand smiles singing inside me!
