His birds nest hat!
Awhile back I was painting a lot of VERY small acrylic faces 2/3" or so. When this guy popped out, I loved his colors and funny bird hat, and thought it could be fun to try painting him with oils on a piece of shop scrap wood, a little bigger. I'd love to be taking a walk down the road with this colorful character,,,while the birds come swooping in to enjoy this lovely wandering nesting spot!
