Product Details

Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

Congratulations on your feature in the Fine Art America Group "Images That Excite You!"

Artist's Description

There's a lot of spring love in the peacock tribe going on up on our hill these days.

Those beautiful cocks strut and parade about for all they're worth,

till pretty soon the peahens disappear into the bushes

to sit and meditate for a month

while their eggs percolate, and miraculously transform into young fluffy

babes.

I love this feel to this painting. It captures the gentle whispery spirit of the mama-peas and

their babies,

as they wander and explore the land they love.

About Suzy Norris

Suzy Norris

About a year ago now, something wonderful happened. I'd been going through an increasingly challenging time with my health, which has been a major teacher in my life, and was being brought to my knees by the experience. When my dear friend and partner Fred encouraged me to take up art, I was touched by an excitement that was like a thousand smiles singing inside me! I've always been an adventurous one,,, artistic, musical, and a great lover of spontaneous play. For much of my life, I've made my living as a luthier, specializing in unusual, made-up violin family instruments, as well as a whole host of flutes, harps, marimbas, tile-a-phones, etc. etc. But until last year, I'd never spent much time with a paintbrush, or let myself be...
