Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

I'm looking for something with painting, a way of tapping into the essence of a place using only a few shapes and colors.There's something about this little painting that I quite love. It dances with only a few brush strokes, leaving lots of space for dreaming. As I go along through my life, this kind of quiet mystery beckons more and more. I hope perhaps my brushes will lead the way!
About a year ago now, something wonderful happened. I'd been going through an increasingly challenging time with my health, which has been a major teacher in my life, and was being brought to my knees by the experience. When my dear friend and partner Fred encouraged me to take up art, I was touched by an excitement that was like a thousand smiles singing inside me! I've always been an adventurous one,,, artistic, musical, and a great lover of spontaneous play.
